POSITION OF THE OPEN

INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT ON SNOOKER

«Kant TSP»

1. Purpose and objectives

- Development of snooker in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Identification of the strongest athletes;

- Preparation of sportsmen for participation in official international competitions.

2. Guide and organization of the tournament

1. 1) The tournament is conducted by the "Professional Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic for snooker and darts".
2. 2) The main referee of the tournament is Agibaev Abdurasul.
3. 3) The official sponsor of the tournament is Kant TSP.

3. Date and place

The tournament will be held from 4 to 6 May 2018 in the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, at  4 Ibraimova street , billiard club "Sun Club".

Note: The beginning of the play-off and final matches depends on the number of participants and the duration of matches.

4. Participants of the tournament

All athletes are allowed to the tournament, no restrictions are provided. The participant must know and observe these Rules, discipline, laws of fair sports wrestling, be correct in relation to rivals and officials.

   The participant of the tournament has the right:

   - before the beginning of the meeting, try the pool table for 5 minutes;

   - request information about the competition;

   - use all equipment and inventory available at the competitions (rest, long cue, chalk, napkins, etc.);

   - to control the maintenance of the current account and the registration of the results of the meeting.

   In the process of the game, the competitor can apply to the Chief Judge for an explanation of the Rules. If, in the participant's opinion, the judge does not record a violation of the Rules, he must notify the judge before the next strike. Otherwise, the claims are not considered. During the game, the opponent must sit in his place and return to him immediately after completing his game approach.

5. Form of participants' clothes

For participants of the tournament there is a free form of clothing, except for participants in the semifinals and finals. Form of clothing for participants in the semifinals and finals is: dark shoes, dark pants, monophonic (white or black) shirt, monophonic vest, bow tie. Participants who do not meet the requirements of this paragraph are awarded a defeat in the match.

6. Conditions and order of the tournament

The tournament is held according to the discipline "15 Reds", according to the current rules, approved and accepted by the International Federation of Billiard and Snooker. It is planned to disperse players in the light of achievements and practice. The first stage of the tournament implies a group stage (the number of participants in one group depends on the total number of participants). From each group in the stage of the playoffs, there are 2 participants with the best performance in the group. The system of the site indicated in the note of this paragraph automatically creates pairs of playoffs, based on the participant's parameters in the group stage and the seed number of the player.

 Matches can be held without referees at the table. Controversial issues are resolved with the involvement of other players participating in the tournament who are not participating in this game and are currently on the territory of the club (or rivals by mutual agreement may appoint him as a judge). Also on disputable issues you can consult with the Chief Justice. Semifinal and final are held with compulsory refereeing.

The match for the 3rd place is held.

  The participant must be at place of the regular meeting no later than 15 minutes from the appointed time of the match. In case of failure of appear or being late, the defeat in the meeting is counted.

The main panel of judges, depends on the number of declared participants, has the right to make changes to the scheme of the tournament.

The order of opening and closing of the tournament, as well as special conditions are determined by the Organizer of the competition in conjunction with the Chief Justice.

   All issues related to changes and additions to the terms and conditions of the tournament and not included in this provision shall be decided by the Organizer in conjunction with the Chief Justice.

7. Tournament financing

The official sponsor of the tournament is the company "VINS DESCOMBE".

   There is no entrance fee for participation. All expenses related to participation in the tournament are carried out at the expense of the participants themselves.

   The expenses for renting premises and tables, for paying for the work of judges, and for the award-winning paraphernalia are borne by the organizing party.

The prize fund of the tournament is 55000 som

8. Rewarding

The sportsman, who won first place, is awarded by the title of Champion "Kant TSP" 2018, he is awarded a cup and a cash prize. The athlete, who won the second place, is awarded a medal and a cash prize. Athletes who took the third and fourth place, as well as participants in the quarter finals, are awarded certificates and cash prizes.
