Eligibility Both events are open to amateur players from all federations around the world. The WSF welcomes players and officials of all nationalities and gender. • Players are now eligible to enter either through their National Federation or on an individual basis providing that they are a member of and considered in good standing with their National Federation. • National Federations are guaranteed a minimum of two spaces in each competition • The events are mixed gender. • Players for the Junior Event must be aged 17 or under up to and including the 31st December 2019. • Players for the Open Event may be any age. Entry process: All players must be entered through the official WSF Tournament Manager System at https://snookerscores.net/ (players must be member of their National Federation and in good standing) Closing date for nominations: Sunday 1st December 2019 at 5pm BST All participants, including referees and players guests must be registered through the official WSF Tournament Manager System. www.snookerscores.net/ Entry Fee: Please note an entry fee of €50.00 (Fifty euros) per player for the Juniors competition and €60.00 (Sixty euros) per player for the Snooker Open must be paid ‘online’ through the WSF Tournament Manager System before 5pm BST on 8th of December 2019. No player will be allowed to take part if payment is not made – if geographical restrictions mean you cannot pay by PayPal please contact us. Format: Early round robin matches will be played over a minimum of best of five frames. Knock out stages will commence from at least the last 16 rounds, however, subject to total entries WSF retains the right to extend the knockout stages to include more players, for example last 32 stages. Duration of matches for the knockout stages will be released at the time of issuing the draw and format of play. Hotel: The hotel policy is that upon arrival, all guests are expected to pay the full balance for the room booking for the total number of nights that have been booked. This can be paid by credit card or cash. All bookings must be confirmed on the WSF entry system. Closing date for Hotel Bookings via the WSF Entry System is Sunday 8th December 2019
